Thank you for shopping with Miniature JNS. We are committed to providing a smooth and timely delivery experience. Please review the shipping details below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship domestically within the United States only.
There are no restricted shipping areas within the 48 contiguous states and Washington D.C.
Note: For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories, please contact us at info@miniatureJNS.com before placing an order to receive a custom shipping quote.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are shipped using USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your location and the size or weight of the package.
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping
- Expedited or Express Shipping (available based on location and package type)
At Checkout: We offer a $6.99 Flat Rate Standard Shipping for all orders to the 48 contiguous states and Washington D.C.
Please note: A minimum order value of $19.95 is required to proceed with checkout. Customers will not be able to complete the checkout process unless the cart total meets or exceeds $19.95.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout for orders within the 48 contiguous states and Washington D.C.
- Flat Rate Standard Shipping of $6.99 applies to all other orders under $100 to the same regions.
- Shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other offshore areas are not automatically calculated. Please email us for a quote prior to placing your order.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Typically 1–3 business days
These are estimates and do not include processing time.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking numbers are issued manually and may take a short time to appear after your order has shipped. If you do not receive tracking within 2 business days, please reach out to us.
7. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier-related issues
- Natural disasters
- Other circumstances beyond our control
We will do our best to help you track your package and provide updates if delays occur.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
Responsibility for lost or damaged packages may lie with either Miniature JNS or the shipping carrier, depending on the situation.
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
- Please contact us immediately with your order number and details.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
